We were appointed sales agents of Hvězda apartment complex with more than 200 units in Prague 6. Today our references inlclude more than 25 projetcs in and around Prague. We provide complete services related to marketing and sales: analysis and consultations, targeting and sales strategy, marketing and sales.

Our services inlcude anylysis and pricing, legal services, marketing, sales of apartments and houses in new developemts and also customer relationship management with the prospects and buyers.

Sales are finished when the last unit is sold. We have successfully sold 25 projects, 16 of them as exclusive agents. Our references include apartments buildings, mix-use projects family houses and residential complexes. We have four experienced agents, all of them have more than 12 years of experience in the Prague residential market.
